Guy Kawasaki’s Newest Book: Enchantment: How Can You Become More Influential?

Enchantment– captivation: a feeling of great liking for something wonderful and unusual. How can you become more enchanting? In his newest book Enchantment, Kawasaki turns to the mystery of influence and offers a compelling new take on this key force that drives any successful business or personal interaction. Enchantment’s fundamental message is that in any transaction the goal is not to get your own way, but to bring about a voluntary, enduring, and delightful change of heart in other people, by working with and through them. This is not the 2011 version of the “EST Standard Training” but Guy has done social research and now talks provocatively about how learning how to enchant can maneuver through difficult decisions, break people’s entrenched habits, defy the wisdom of crowds, and get colleagues to work for long-term goals. This book will most likely become a best seller. Check out all these links to hear and see more about Enchantment.
