First of all, Jennifer and her partners work with the firm to determine their business goals. All marketing programs should be tied to business goals. Then JJ&P utilizes a Market 360™ methodology to establish a market benchmark and to assess a brand position in its ecosystem. The Market 360™ methodology involves conducting interviews with strategic members of a client’s target audiences and finding out perceptions of challenges, opportunities and threats as well as other extensive market data. For these surveys, JJ&P interviews people who are instrumental to her clients’ position in the market.
After the Market 360™ is completed, JJ&P will utilize the findings from it to determine a marketing strategy and communications plan for building a client’s differentiated brand and market position. Implementing the plan is always considered to be part of JJ&P’s service capabilities; however, some clients will prefer to have internal marketing people implement the plan.
Once implementation has been carried out for six to twelve months, JJ&P will reevaluate the marketing communications plan and ensure it is working to the client’s desires. Then the firm and client will continue to implement until business goal success.
